BIO: Bethany started her personal training career after hiring a personal trainer for herself in 2007. She was so inspired by what she was able to accomplish that she decided she wanted to do the same thing for others. Bethany began training at 24 hour fitness as a personal trainer back in 2008 and knew immediately that she found her calling. Three years later she broke off from 24 hour fitness and began training clients as a self-employed personal trainer. It was then that she diversified and started doing outdoor bootcamps, TRX classes, nutritional coaching, and teaching CrossFit. She then met her partner John Toma and opened Next Wave Athletics in 2014 where she taught over 3,000 hours of group fitness within the first 2 years of opening, while still maintaining her personal training clients. Bethany focuses on keeping her clients accountable to meet with her at least 3 times a week, giving them homework, and looking at their nutrition weekly. She knows exactly what it takes for her clients to reach their goals and excepts nothing less. Bethany is very dedicated to the success of her clients.

I have been going to the gym for I don't know how long now. I rarely saw results nor did I have the confidence to really make the gym mine.
