Now, a word from Coach Paula regarding Programming...
Week 5 is coming up and your lifts will be around 85-95%, hitting a 95% lift is as amazing as hitting a PR so make those lifts count!
Be confident on your attempts and take the appropriate rest between your sets.
If you are not having the best day and 85% feels like your max weight, reduce the loads and focus on proper form.
My favorite workout of this week will be on Thursday, I'm excited to see how everyone performs on a time domain workout with an every minute on the minute penalty.
