Hello all! We wanted to keep you all up to date and give you an early notice about what is to come this week.
-My dad will be taking down the rig after 6:30p class (any help is very appreciated)
-John and I will also be prepping the gym for paint (help also appreciated)
-we will be closed. We found some reasonably priced painters! Wahoo! So they will be coming in early sat morning to start the job
-we will still be having a painting party starting at 9am to add a colored wall while the painters continue to work ( if you like to paint- we would love to see you there)
- please note if we cannot get the gym back to normal by Sunday night Monday morning classes MAY be canceled and we may only have a 4;30.5:30.6:30 pm class that day.
We hope to cancel the least amount of classes as possible but please continue to check the mind body online schedule as we work through this facelift in preparation for our Grand Opening party!
1/25-1/30 my dad will be working on getting the rig back up after classes are over (help is appreciated there as well)
