Our primary Functional Training programs is CrossFit - We believe that CrossFit methodology and format changes peoples lives and aesthetic, quickly! We bring our members one of the most unique and functional programs in San Diego!
You've got options with your workout. Workouts are scaled to your LEVEL and you will be burning fat and building muscle rapidly.
Expect to achieve dramatic aesthetic and performance results within three months of starting this program and attending 3 days a week and following our nutritional principles.
Classes are 55 minutes long - This program is suitable for all levels.
One of our most popular Functional Group Fitness Training programs, SHRED Bootcamp is hellishly fun! No workout is the same and we utilize thousands of exercises from our programming - you will use your body, kettlebells, dumbbells, jump ropes, and all of our fantastic equipment, except the barbell.

The goal: Get a strength, cardio, and core workout in one, saving you time while getting you strong and fit.
Classes are 45 minutes long - This program is suitable for all levels.
OPEN GYM & BARBELL CLUB
Our members have the option of going "lone wolf" in case they are following a specific exercise regimen or simply looking to work on a movement or lift. We allow Open Gym use of our facility all day to our members.
We'll provide the equipment and space, and you can just do you.
